Stormwater Managment Ponds/Facilities

Stormwater Management Facilities are also known as Best Management Practices (BMP’s).  To report a problem with a County-maintained BMP, please call the Bureau of Highways’ Infrastructure Management Division at (410) 222-7973 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your request will be investigated within one week, and you will be notified of a schedule for resolution of the problem.  Click here for more info.

Street Lights Outage Report

Baltimore Gas & Electric strongly encourages you to report any malfunctioning street lights to them as soon as possible so they can investigate the problem and make the necessary repairs to ensure that our streets and roadways are kept as safe as possible. 

If you are aware of street lights that are not working, burning during the daytime, or appear to be damaged in any way, please contact them by:

Traffic Signs

To submit a request for all other sign repairs, please call (410) 222-1940 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please provide as much specific information as possible; i.e., the type of sign, its location, its condition (damaged or missing), and whether it is a hazard to vehicles or pedestrians. Non-emergency repairs will be handled as workload and weather permits, usually within 10 days.
